Our team have many years on the job experience and are used to working in a variety of workplaces on temporary and semi permanent basis’s. Also, our Integrated Staff work directly for Element Technologies, all pension payments, PAYE, National Insurance, Holiday/Sick Pay are covered at our end.
This means our staff can seamlessly integrate into your business without having to register with your HR department and we can even work with you to devise a streamlined induction, in order to get our staff where you need them quickly.
We can find, interview and place staff members into your business extremely quickly. Sometimes you lose staff without any notice, this can hurt production and it can take weeks to find a permanent replacement. Our Integrated Staff can fill the gap during the interim and when you don’t need them any more, you can sever ties cleanly.
The only training our integrated staff would require is if your business uses a bespoke system or custom software, as well as general introductory health and safety information.
You only pay for what you need, this means that if you require staff for a small period of time, we can provide you with the experienced staff you want when you need them. This can be for cover or it can be to supplement a team for a limited time.
